Oona Giesen has been practising yoga since
the age of seven and teaching for more than 30 years. She opened the first yoga school in Paros, in the village of Aliki, in 1990 and, since being involved in a car accident, has specialised in
treating back issues and spine alignment with gentle hatha instruction. Accommodation is at the family-run Panorama hotel near the beach.
